The materials used are guaranteed by the vinyl manufacturer not to leave residue on your surfaces, for a minimum of two years.Though Modern Wall Graphics products are guaranteed not only by MWG, but by the manufacturer of the adhesive vinyl material, neither party can be liable for misuse of product by the consumer. Any variation from the explicitly stated instructions is cause for the consumer to carry full responsibility.

As Modern Wall Graphics guarantees its product, we cannot guarantee a customers surfaces. This is the customer's responsibility. We also does not have control over every imaginable surface that their adhesive graphics can be applied to, so therefore cannot guarantee favorable results in any condition not explicitly referred to on this website or in any literature of the company. Also some brands of paint may not be compatible with our product, to to additives in the paint.

This is why we offer a Swatch Card Kit, which includes several sample decals, that customers can test their surfaces out with. Our strong suggestion is to purchase one of these kits before placing a large decal order, since they will not be returnable once an order is placed.

The following are various conditions that are beyond the guarantee placed by Modern Wall Graphics and the consumer bears full responsibility for:

If the product is repeatedly applied and removed, so as to lose its adhesive qualities;
If the product's adhesive side is touched. This can cause the oils of the skin to stick to the adhesive and prevent it from sticking to the surface.
If the surface is unclean
If the surface has been painted over oils that can seap through and have an impact on adhesion
If the surface is unstable due to uneven, bubbly, cracking, or other paint or wallpaper issues or having been painted without adequate dry time in between coats
If the surface is exposed to severe temperature or pressure conditions
If any other adhesive are used besides the decals original adhesive
