Though not a replacement for a real headboard, it looks kinda interesting in the scheme of my off beat bedroom decor.
Installation took two people because of the size of the decal. Instructions were easy to understand. Some demonstrations I found on YouTube were also very helpful. It's important to set the decal as high as possible, or the placement of pillows can cover up the tufted design. Definitely tape it up first, and make up the bed to check the best placement for you.
About the color: the Burnt Brown color shown on the Web is really far darker -- more like espresso.
